At Rathnacart, we take pride in the quality of our Natural products and strive to provide an excellent shopping experience. In the event that you need to cancel, return, or exchange a product, our policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    • You may request the cancellation of your order, provided it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
    • To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team via email at support@rathnacart.com or call us at 9972424227 within  24 hours from placing the order.
  • After Dispatch:
    • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may be eligible for a return as described in Section 2.

1.2 Cancellation Processing

  • After receiving your cancellation request (and if eligible), we will process your cancellation promptly.
  • A refund will be initiated within 2 to 5 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
  • Important: Any discount vouchers or loyalty points applied during the purchase will be considered used and will not be reissued.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Ensure to include photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Other Returns or Exchanges:
    • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange for unopened and unused products, provided the return/exchange request is raised within 5 days of receiving your order.
    • Partial returns (for one or more items from an order) are allowed under these guidelines.

2.2 Return/Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team at support@rathnacart.com or call 9972424227 within 5 days from the delivery date, and provide your Order ID along with the reason for return/exchange.
  • Step 2: Follow the instructions provided by our team. We may ask you to send the product back in its original packaging and condition.
  • Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your return or exchange request. For exchanges, a replacement will be sent out as per availability, and for returns a refund will be initiated.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Criteria

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received in its original condition (unless the return is for a defective or damaged item).
  • In the case of partial returns, refunds will reflect the cost of the returned items only.

3.2 Refund Timeline & Method

  • When a cancellation is accepted (prior to shipment), a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2 to 5 business days.
  • For returns/exchanges, your refund (if applicable) will be initiated after product inspection within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Note: For credit/debit card or net banking transactions, the refunded amount may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Important Considerations

  • Non-refundable Items:
    • If you have availed any promotional discounts, coupons, or redeemed loyalty points, these benefits will be forfeited upon cancellation or return.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Information:
    • In case the product is undelivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the designated delivery location, please contact us promptly to update your details. Failure to do so may make the order ineligible for cancellation or return.
  • Condition of Product:
    • Returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories intact, unless the return is due to a defect.
  • Important: 
    • Exchange product will be delivered within 1 working day.
    • Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 days.
    • Product will be eligible for return within 1 working days after delivery.

5. Modifications to the Policy

Rathnacart reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review the policy periodically to become aware of any changes.
